These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 360 photo booth hire service provided by 360 Memory Makers. By engaging with our service, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our service.
Booking and Payment:
To book our 360 photo booth hire service, you must submit a reservation request through our website or contact us directly. Booking is subject to availability.
A deposit of £100 will be required to secure your booking and it will be returned to your account via bank transfer within 3 working days after the booking slot as long as there is no damage to the equipment.
An invoice will be sent to you via email upon receipt of deposit setting out all the cost of your chosen package and optional extras. The total amount payable as per the invoice must be paid 24 hours prior to the booking slot.
If the total amount payable is not received 24 hours prior to the booking slot, then the booking will be cancelled immediately and the deposit will become non-refundable.
Service Usage:
The 360 photo booth hire service is intended for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
The 360 photo booth will be operated by one of our trained attendants at your event. At no time will any guest be allowed to operate the 360 photo booth.
All guests will be given instructions by the attendant on how to get on the 360 photo booth and use it safely. It is the responsibility of the guest to use the 360 photo booth in line with the guidance given by our trained attendant.
The customer (person who made the booking) will be liable for any damage caused to the booth or other special effects equipment by a guest when not following the instructions and safety procedures given by the 360 photo booth attendant.
360 Photo Booth Operation:
The 360 photo booth requires access to a stable power source and adequate space for setup. You agree to provide these requirements at the event venue.
Our team will provide technical support during the event to ensure smooth operation of the 360 photo booth. Any technical issues should be reported to our staff promptly.
Image and Video Content:
We retain ownership of all images and videos captured using our 360 photo booth service. However, you will have the right to use and share these images and videos for personal or non-commercial purposes.
By using our service, you consent to the capture and use of your image or likeness in the photos or videos produced by the 360 photo booth.
Liability and Damages:
While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of our equipment and users, we shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of our 360 photo booth hire service.
You are responsible for any damage to the 360 photo booth or its components caused by negligence, misuse, or intentional acts during your event. Repair or replacement costs will be billed accordingly.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellation of a booking must be made via email 72 hours prior to the booking slot to be eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Refunds are subject to our discretion.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
